Payment Terms

Schools, Churches, Choirs and Trade accounts may be invoiced with 30 day payment terms. School Board orders require a purchase order. Orders from individuals must use a credit card or send a cheque prior to order being shipped.
Visa and MasterCard accepted.

Pricing Policy

Prices are subject to change without notice. While we try to maintain our prices, printing costs may
cause prices to change.

Returns and Exchanges

No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization.
Music is not returnable unless it is damaged or shipped in error by us.
Return requests must be made within 15 days of invoice date product appears on.
A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returns.
No unauthorized returns will be credited.

No returns on DVD's, Video's, CD's or Casettes.

Music On Approval Policy

Leslie Music Supply offers Choral Cantatas, Collections and Octavos "On Approval" on in stock music.

Music must be returned within two weeks of shipment date.

If you require more time, you must contact us to make this arrangement. Music not returned within 21 days will not be accepted and will be invoiced to your organization.

All Shipping costs are your responsibility.

You may retain and purchase single copies for reference.

The name of the Church or Organization must be supplied at time of request.

Shipping and Handling

Orders are shipped via Canada Post (Expedited or Express) or UPS upon request.
Rates are determined by weight and destination.
